At Enlightment LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized courses and coaching sessions. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment due to technical errors
• Service not delivered due to internal system or scheduling failures
• Medical reasons preventing participation (subject to documented proof)
• Unintentional purchase made within 24 hours with no course or content accessed

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

• Customized coaching programs or consultations
• Courses or sessions already delivered, or missed without prior notice
• Digital content, online materials, or recorded programs once accessed or downloaded
• Any session canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice

3. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund, please contact us at marah.natour@gmail.com and include:

• Full name
• Date and time of purchase
• Reason for refund request
• Order reference or payment proof

We may require additional information to assess eligibility.

4. Refund Processing

If your request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
• Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
• Refunds will not include any processing or transaction fees charged by third parties.

5. Chargebacks

We request that you contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks initiated without first attempting resolution with us may result in permanent suspension of access to future services.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel upcoming sessions by emailing us at least 12 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the session being forfeited without a refund.

If you are subscribed to a recurring program, you may cancel the next cycle via your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellations do not affect previous charges.
